Overview

No refund or return is available for plant(s) once sold and delivered.

However, there are certain situations where only refund(s) are granted:

  • Advance payment made for unavailable plants
  • If you require a refund for undelivered plants; we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If in exceptional situation(s) we find out the we cannot deliver your plant(s) due to subsequent unavailability or for any other reason, we will contact you to notify you that we cannot deliver your plant(s) and we will proceed to refund you via the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Transport or Shipping Fee

The customer must pay for the transport fee or shipping fee after their order and location details has been received by Vana Natural Healers. The transport or shipping fee will be communicated to the customer post receipt of their plant(s) order. Any other additional costs like phytosanitary certificate fee or any exportation cost will be communicated to the customer and the latter will need to bear these expenses.
